Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Square-D 3020 ECM-RM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDB10ADP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AI8203BSE008544R1 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5054716 by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A16B1810004002A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by K-tron such as 240390000 equipment made by K-tron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire K-tron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "K-tron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9800ACAB03 made by Quartech as well as the popular A02B0236C125TBR original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
