Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Spm 25-TD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued T-B-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader T-B-Woods such as the X4C40200C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC256A014090MC256CMC256S020 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130H7U4160B by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toshiba Brand VT130G24080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as PH422F0400MT equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TecoMA7200 by Teco and PH422F0400MT spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
