Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sony LT10-105B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sprecher--Schuh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sprecher--Schuh such as the CA3910 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2510CW12 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCCMODEL4 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sony Brand XCDV60CR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Spork such as T71BN6 equipment made by Spork have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spork products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spork" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 224393 made by Schwaben-Paezision---Spn as well as the popular EcomboPlusCK7 original spares produced by Sprecher--Schuh

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XCDX700 by Sony and T71BN6 spares by Spork are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 524496DEF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
