Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sonitech SPIRIT 30-VME parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sprecher--Schuh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlo-Gavazzi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spencer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sprecher--Schuh such as the L9103D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPD24120 manufactured by Carlo-Gavazzi and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlo-Gavazzi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34H036X287 by Manufacturer Spencer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sony Brand LF200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as CHM75010020900210 equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 164853113 made by Sony as well as the popular XCHR50 original spares produced by Sony

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD2E1E2784 by Spang and CHM75010020900210 spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8000SCP204 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spectrum.
