Smitec Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Smitec MARTS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Smitec MARTS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MARTS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MARTS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Squaer-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Soonhan-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8538SBA23V81ACFF4P92TX22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 736SFO1V02SY59 manufactured by Squaer-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Squaer-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSE200 by Manufacturer Soonhan-Engineering as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sortrax Brand 670K9FI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sola such as 3H20T2H45S equipment made by Sola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NEMA made by Square-D as well as the popular 8538SDG63V02S74 original spares produced by Square-D
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3107440049 by Square-D and 3H20T2H45S spares by Sola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
