Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Smc PA2310-02N-X5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sortimat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Snell--Wilcox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Solartron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sortimat such as the SMS801R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4312221 manufactured by Snell--Wilcox and we are pleased to be able to service most Snell--Wilcox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103800ISS3 by Manufacturer Solartron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Solartron Brand 9717821 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smc such as VV5Q11ULB980022 equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SA25085180 made by Socapel as well as the popular 0603146 original spares produced by Sonoflux

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST180310 by Socapel and VV5Q11ULB980022 spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PSE550C2X505 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc.
