Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Precision-Digital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Protechna parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Protech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Precision-Digital such as the PD1083NN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KK53003L28 manufactured by Protechna and we are pleased to be able to service most Protechna systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 512301742 by Manufacturer Protech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand 298007002GP2300TC4124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as GPH70SC4124VP equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PMT872 made by Prostat as well as the popular PromiconSBR19 original spares produced by Promicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E833B0011 by Protectoseal and GPH70SC4124VP spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
