Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Smc CDQ2L32-300DCM-A73L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sig-/-Positec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsudakoma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ux03045bag01 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sig-/-Positec such as the VRDM39750LWC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CACRA5A5TF3A manufactured by Tsudakoma and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsudakoma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UX03045BAG01 by Manufacturer Ux03045bag01 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew Brand VR4114ENHU180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as YSSNO15702 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KR55MS made by Techno as well as the popular W038SMDHC145 original spares produced by Textron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFU1514W by Vexta and YSSNO15702 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YS2020DN503 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
