Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sm-hyponic RMF01-20L-120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spang parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spacesaver product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the SMC01C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E65251201 manufactured by Spang and we are pleased to be able to service most Spang systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C510070102 by Manufacturer Spacesaver as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Solartron Brand 24570501X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by South-Bend such as 8679773 equipment made by South-Bend have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire South-Bend products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "South-Bend" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AM224 made by Sony as well as the popular 955201 original spares produced by Sola

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0603147 by Sono-tek and 8679773 spares by South-Bend are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A5E080A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Somet.
