Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sm-cyclo TC-FV-FB-2B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Spang products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sm-hyponic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spectrum product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Spang such as the FB7G5B2251810 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMF0120L120 manufactured by Sm-hyponic and we are pleased to be able to service most Sm-hyponic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8000RII316 by Manufacturer Spectrum as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ametek Brand 8021540090 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sola such as 264331008800REV02976601E51REV01 equipment made by Sola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S25S25S1C made by Smartscan as well as the popular NF3006AYX original spares produced by Spectrum

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWB222 by Southern-Avionics and 264331008800REV02976601E51REV01 spares by Sola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
