Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Skf 22332/CC/C3W33 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Board products, including obsoleted and phased-out Regal-belot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Board such as the 245H10U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35AHKC550D5 manufactured by Regal-belot and we are pleased to be able to service most Regal-belot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4Z734A by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Browning Brand 300ULR30A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weil such as 4320000782493 equipment made by Weil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weil" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 254B32D made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 284B54D original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30GSA15 by Morse and 4320000782493 spares by Weil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300Q180H20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Morse.
