Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sixnet SLX-5MS-MDM-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Skf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Skf such as the 23040CCC3W33 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 476210115 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDBX2N1525BS by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Smc Brand LECP6P1LESH16DK100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smac such as LAL3705055M equipment made by Smac have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LECP6P5LEHZ20K210 by Smc and LAL3705055M spares by Smac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
