Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Simmonds-Precision M2004F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cmc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the KXPM5120GDAB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KK67YYYYY050 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JGHT49211 by Manufacturer Cmc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sem Brand HD115C664T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Superior such as M093FD07E equipment made by Superior have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superior products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superior" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M13027086 by Giddings--Lewis and M093FD07E spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HF105SVS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
