Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Silicon-Valley-Group 80020C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sixnet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sixnet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the CE1F32150M9BWVL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STDICNT08M manufactured by Sixnet and we are pleased to be able to service most Sixnet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STPS02402N by Manufacturer Sixnet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Robotica Brand 1300497 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sipco such as TAN080T08015SDRB70S00 equipment made by Sipco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sipco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sipco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4006517 made by Simco as well as the popular RM2324854 original spares produced by Sixnet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TIH015 by Skf and TAN080T08015SDRB70S00 spares by Sipco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N052 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf.
