Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Siemens RGZESD / PE-21 PLUS / 1LA9145-4YK60 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynamics-Research products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynapar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamics-Research such as the 2911B131000P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 62525006331AB manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 625X1XF013A0360S220 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynapath Brand 3739643M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapath such as 4201475A0370 equipment made by Dynapath have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapath products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapath" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4204001B00372 made by Dynapath as well as the popular HB38002525 original spares produced by Dymotron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTJR1860 by Dynapar and 4201475A0370 spares by Dynapath are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMC0538 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynatem.
