Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sick SR S50-HTA0-K21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Static-Control-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Star-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the 108704100NF108704100NF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1140S03XX1140S03XX manufactured by Static-Control-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Static-Control-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IL401 by Manufacturer Star-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sterlco Brand M2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sterling-Electric such as 2175BQ030562 equipment made by Sterling-Electric have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XQ800V by Star-Automation and 2175BQ030562 spares by Sterling-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
