Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Shibaura SHIBAURA H086232-0 P1MMD0 BOARD MM80406 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the TRDN30RZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TNC131BM manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXMAPPC74M by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eupec Brand TT215N20KOFA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Semikron such as SKET40014E equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKKT16116D made by Semikron as well as the popular SKKH25312E original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SZ16V by Keyence and SKET40014E spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SHND69120AH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
