Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew-eurdrive DRS7IM4BIHFU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Link-belt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pti such as the HC220X120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FHMQ2201 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDS200067 by Manufacturer Link-belt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand GF6021AG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Formsprag such as FS0400750 equipment made by Formsprag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Formsprag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Formsprag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ERKX17M400OR2K made by Shimpo-nidec as well as the popular H3SH10 original spares produced by Flender

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSM407s14 by Sumitomo and FS0400750 spares by Formsprag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FF0056HC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetic.
