Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew R57/RCT90L4/BMG/HR/TH/ES1R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stearns parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1LA90634UB22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7087032A0DQF manufactured by Stearns and we are pleased to be able to service most Stearns systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CWHJ614HY by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand 3AY56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sure-Grip such as 161014M115 equipment made by Sure-Grip have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sure-Grip products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sure-Grip" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 30T10810 made by Synchroflex as well as the popular CNHX4085Y35 original spares produced by Sumitomo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M01245FN by Sumitomo and 161014M115 spares by Sure-Grip are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 105294030BH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shimpo.
