Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew CMP63M/KY/RH1M/SM1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sharpe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Shimaden product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharpe such as the 10N63L51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SF37DRS71S4ASE1TF manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR3521P0011JP781C9 by Manufacturer Shimaden as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sharp Brand JW3MAH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Iwk such as SC6 equipment made by Iwk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iwk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iwk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AXO30MR made by Shihlin as well as the popular MSLS0324071 original spares produced by Sick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ELGE30210N521ELGE30210D521 by Sick and SC6 spares by Iwk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTI2301D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shimadzu.
