Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew 880188839.09.09.001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bizerba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 5K35JN31 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5485101302 manufactured by Bizerba and we are pleased to be able to service most Bizerba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8040A11L280R032F by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Amp Brand 5034233 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 606603810 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5K145KS273 made by Ge as well as the popular 56T17G15543 original spares produced by Marathon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 604603852 by Electro-Craft and 606603810 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 62BM080BXE72 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo.
