Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Servoweld parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the S7DRE80M4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SW44 manufactured by Servoweld and we are pleased to be able to service most Servoweld systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 011779949201000212 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sennheiser Brand HDE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Serco such as 341009 equipment made by Serco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Serco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Serco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AG6654665P3500000 made by Sick as well as the popular DBG11B08 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5120502 by Sheldon and 341009 spares by Serco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 114L9D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sfernice.
