Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seco 110-N0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued American-Eagle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Selcom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semaphore-Kingfisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader American-Eagle such as the MT4535 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2008 manufactured by Selcom and we are pleased to be able to service most Selcom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP11II by Manufacturer Semaphore-Kingfisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Seiko Brand IF4512GCB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as 2406SL3224BE240U0A equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S3016 made by Sencon as well as the popular STP600SCU600STP600SCU600 original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F112283A by Semco and 2406SL3224BE240U0A spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 73253710 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensotec.
