Scott Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Scott Quad and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Scott Quad include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Quad if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Quad repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sepsa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sepsa such as the 84801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEMIX303GD12Vc manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC7B0150503400 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Servo-Dynamics Brand 73008112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as MDX62B00145A3400 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
