Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Schweitzer-Engineering 221G05-4256MHGB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 44A398722G03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 289B142A25 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2707 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moore-Products Brand 39ACM12BAN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as 3HAC028357001 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5020309360 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular 33FT50AD1AA11A21A original spares produced by Endress--Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33FT25MH1FD41D21A by Endress--Hauser and 3HAC028357001 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5180060 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hach.
