Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Schunk ERD 0440NHN, 0331224, Servo, Robot, Wris parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seidel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sci such as the 0802345 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSM57S3000G manufactured by Seidel and we are pleased to be able to service most Seidel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLDS3A by Manufacturer Seiki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Scientific-Atlanta Brand SD1700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sel such as 203031X30XXXXX equipment made by Sel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AGPLC256 made by Selectron as well as the popular E2C351SUL original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6036LNBRTSE by Seepex and 203031X30XXXXX spares by Sel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8500SCR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Speed-Control.
