Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Schunk Delta 110-SSS-M-1610-330-560 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schweitzer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Scientific-Columbus product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schweitzer such as the X401001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0802300 manufactured by Sci and we are pleased to be able to service most Sci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DL342K5A26270 by Manufacturer Scientific-Columbus as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schweitzer Brand 0311C00H24254X1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schwarz such as JHEMEV230 equipment made by Schwarz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schwarz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schwarz" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C29208C29227C made by Seco as well as the popular 5GX180K original spares produced by Seasame-Motor-Co.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DTranTT8450 by Seiko and JHEMEV230 spares by Schwarz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKP2863 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seiko.
