Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Schneider LBT-640 LBR-640 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Limitorque products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lithonia product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Limitorque such as the 02KXV60149T10DB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 063122600REVB manufactured by Linx and we are pleased to be able to service most Linx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LHQMSW3G120277 by Manufacturer Lithonia as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Link-Belt Brand RC50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lns such as 120DB equipment made by Lns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lns" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8718M07P02RO made by Lin-Engineering as well as the popular E1100GPHC01501666 original spares produced by Linmot

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD202A by Link-Systems and 120DB spares by Lns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2SYZ00652A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Limitorque.
