Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scheider-Electric LC2D40AGD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the SLN150UR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS325201SAM15000R1013 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LRD10034679 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mcg Brand MC1D0910X6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cerus such as MRD40L24VDC equipment made by Cerus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cerus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cerus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SK65 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 774306PNOZX2124V original spares produced by Pilz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z34040 by Allen-Bradley and MRD40L24VDC spares by Cerus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE125AA2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
