Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scheider-Electric LC1D80 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Idec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Idec such as the YS3N20FG211D024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XTCE012B10A manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S8910DPA43V09 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1494VDRL611 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LP1D180BDREQ3526G21 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LC2D40AGD made by Scheider-Electric as well as the popular TFU5424 original spares produced by Toyoda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LEDSUD2536G6 by Square-D and LP1D180BDREQ3526G21 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP1D6511BD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
