Our services for the Saw-Trax BLEXT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BLEXT if necessary. Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scitex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Seiko product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the AZM161SK12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCB507 manufactured by Scitex and we are pleased to be able to service most Scitex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G6651S by Manufacturer Seiko as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Seal-Master Brand 550491 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Seidel such as 60WKSM2406PO equipment made by Seidel have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPEA8010NPU02 by Sensotec and 60WKSM2406PO spares by Seidel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
