Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sao-Electric UAB-BUL180K5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schmid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaffner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schiwa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmid such as the BTI100040415Ds spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FN32584233 manufactured by Schaffner and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaffner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 361560111CNT20A1 by Manufacturer Schiwa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schmersal Brand SLC440R04103001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schlafhorst such as 117650235EA equipment made by Schlafhorst have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FS3139525099 made by Schaffner as well as the popular 155247B original spares produced by Schneider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SEPK020102295 by Schmersal and 117650235EA spares by Schlafhorst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AVIV700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schenck.
