Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schenck-Vse-20100 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Seiko product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the PZN200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCHENCK manufactured by Schenck-Vse-20100 and we are pleased to be able to service most Schenck-Vse-20100 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRC by Manufacturer Seiko as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schunk Brand OSEC140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Savair such as CR5106NR6 equipment made by Savair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Savair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Savair" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MRA made by Schneeberger-Motch as well as the popular RLC741B original spares produced by Sanyo-Remex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AD1302 by Sanyko and CR5106NR6 spares by Savair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
