Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Saia-burgess PCD2.M557ZEM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sawamura-Denki-Kogyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sam-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schunk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sawamura-Denki-Kogyo such as the MM40C2H350D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GV14450107 manufactured by Sam-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Sam-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFH200 by Manufacturer Schunk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schneider Brand ATV320U06N4C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Scancon such as 2RMHD360 equipment made by Scancon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scancon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scancon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWG made by Schunk as well as the popular FW2B1084212500 original spares produced by Schrader

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCISAC800EVN1GSAM by Sam and 2RMHD360 spares by Scancon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PROX4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sartorious.
