Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rta-Pavia GMD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Saia-Burgess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ru30-M18-Lix-H1141 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia-Burgess such as the PC7D230 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TURCK manufactured by Ru30-M18-Lix-H1141 and we are pleased to be able to service most Ru30-M18-Lix-H1141 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 467nhp81100 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rvsi Brand 070240000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sam-Electronics such as GE3016G320 equipment made by Sam-Electronics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available PCU made by Schucker as well as the popular VIPC67 original spares produced by Sbs-Technologies

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BM220MBP41 by Sanyo-Denki and GE3016G320 spares by Sam-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV320U04M3C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
