Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rossi 22227/11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sabina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rta product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the 2031061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D9558140050 manufactured by Sabina and we are pleased to be able to service most Sabina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GMD06I by Manufacturer Rta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew Brand S47DT80K4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rutter such as VDR100G3G3S equipment made by Rutter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rutter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rutter" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MRIV80U02A made by Rossi as well as the popular JCS1023H original spares produced by Russell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA4032 by Saftronics and VDR100G3G3S spares by Rutter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC1040079 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Safetronics.
