Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ross W7017A2331 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Saftronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sc such as the 39070V3Y4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Class8538TypeSBG13 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA418 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rossi Brand MRCI63UO3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftronics such as Sr6364 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A9052 by S3-Technologies and Sr6364 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMUG3U52P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics.
