Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rochester-Instrument-Systems UCXAF6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Scott-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Scott-Instrument such as the 09622950005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSXSUP1021 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 115100110032 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sensotec Brand FDW1AS2P5A6A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensotec such as TJE7130407 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LV835003 made by Sensotec as well as the popular 463079 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GR12GS by Seeka and TJE7130407 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 41057205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensotec.
