Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth MAC093B-0-JS-4-C/110-A-1/WI522LV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC090C0GD4C110A1WI520LXS001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC063A0ES2F095B0S001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M35V227Q188G1 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Intelligent-Motion-Systems Brand M33424IOS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Slo-syn such as M093FF206E equipment made by Slo-syn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Slo-syn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Slo-syn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M940A1240 made by Honeywell as well as the popular MAC090C0KD4C110A0WI522LVS001 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC071C0JS4C095B0WI520LVS001 by Rexroth and M093FF206E spares by Slo-syn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M7164G1006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
