Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Remotec-Andros D-7040-0001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Animatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Ceramics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Animatics such as the Sm1720D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9101181A manufactured by Applied-Ceramics and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Ceramics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6404722DZ by Manufacturer Apc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Angst-+-Pfister Brand FRRACS10E6ACServoregler in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anschutz such as 13931 equipment made by Anschutz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anschutz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anschutz" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A1631000200 made by Anilam as well as the popular SMT1500RM2U original spares produced by Apc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 282017304 by Apw and 13931 spares by Anschutz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EC056SI4000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Antek.
