Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance-Electric 3RA2015U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Opto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Opti-copy product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto such as the AD10T2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RWF40000A97 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57090005 by Manufacturer Opti-copy as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oriental Brand BHI62F50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optelecom such as 3654AR equipment made by Optelecom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optelecom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optelecom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AC2039AC2049 made by Optoskand as well as the popular 5I90GUSWT original spares produced by Oriental

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDK311V0 by Optrex and 3654AR spares by Optelecom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AD16T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Opto.
