Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance-Electric 3622-2A-N & X04 B12A6L-HSI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Intelligence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Intelligence such as the EMCCH6AT859080401PMC2308CT92N3210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7030301004300005 manufactured by Elstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Elstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Y1X061111 by Manufacturer Emco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elo Brand 140926000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electro-Craft such as E586M equipment made by Electro-Craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Craft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MS172 made by Elte as well as the popular HAR860 original spares produced by Elmo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ServoAmplifierSAX14230 by Elmo and E586M spares by Electro-Craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11115DD5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmjet.
