Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 0-54349 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1336VTBO40PEAFPEPI40BM40DS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14JB32AF81 manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 170INT11003U by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Modicon Brand 170ADM85010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vibtec such as MVS151400S90 equipment made by Vibtec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vibtec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vibtec" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TBDP by Westinghouse and MVS151400S90 spares by Vibtec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1201HA1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
