Red-Lion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Red-Lion PAXLPT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Red-Lion PAXLPT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PAXLPT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PAXLPT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Regent product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the I2804 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80110248011025 manufactured by Reer and we are pleased to be able to service most Reer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM3820 by Manufacturer Regent as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reliance-Electric Brand 10244091ZE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rees such as 040624320903 equipment made by Rees have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rees products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rees" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2ST20019 made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular GPMC22 original spares produced by Redi-Controls
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0587103 by Reliance-Electric and 040624320903 spares by Rees are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
