Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rca TC1604/7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Benshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iai product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Benshaw such as the RSD630612 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34502850RPM manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCP5RA4CWA35P2560P3R10B by Manufacturer Iai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Red-Lion Brand GRAC0001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance-Electric such as 22090011 equipment made by Reliance-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HP4000 made by Recognition-Robotics as well as the popular OEMLN000 original spares produced by Graco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 108065112S by Reliance-Electric and 22090011 spares by Reliance-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0518513 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric.
