Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rapid Gear HWV-1400-71 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Romac-Industries-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reeves parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Romac-Industries-Inc such as the XR501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3141NX manufactured by Reeves and we are pleased to be able to service most Reeves systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MNRR185343118 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ringfeder Brand 43922211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as BF1083LN250TC equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7708898TI made by Regal-Beloit as well as the popular SPX2424F original spares produced by Ruland

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 192V01R123RevB by Robbins--Myers-Alling-lander and BF1083LN250TC spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBC411515A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ruland.
