Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ram RI1FDP115A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ramsey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ramsey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ramsey product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the BN176 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100700E manufactured by Ramsey and we are pleased to be able to service most Ramsey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECW950100400 by Manufacturer Ramsey as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Red-Lion Brand GRAC0001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as IMT00000 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S96LW by Rbc and IMT00000 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
