Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rainin 115 115 TYPE 3230 / 115 115 3230 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ramsey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rdi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Redi-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the 10150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D70031 manufactured by Rdi and we are pleased to be able to service most Rdi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REDIC3GPMC by Manufacturer Redi-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reflex Brand 12M03107 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ranpak-Bv such as PC0647 equipment made by Ranpak-Bv have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ranpak-Bv products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ranpak-Bv" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PAXDP made by Red-Lion as well as the popular 455ED original spares produced by Real-Time-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IAS6021S by Rechner and PC0647 spares by Ranpak-Bv are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SE48004AA10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Refu.
