Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 051841 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RJ32009B manufactured by Reed and we are pleased to be able to service most Reed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1SU54003 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ramsey-Engineering Brand D000022577 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red such as G308C000 equipment made by Red have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P147206N made by Reliance as well as the popular 1YAB95875A1 original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T1610010 by Red-Lion-Controls and G308C000 spares by Red are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
