Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Radicon AU500-60-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flexaline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kop-flex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flexaline such as the DUMQ2425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHH6235Y291 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D564750 by Manufacturer Kop-flex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand CT125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reuland such as BL38B7 equipment made by Reuland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reuland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reuland" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D120B17112 made by Martin as well as the popular C56H1590H original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHH6165Y11 by Sm-cyclo and BL38B7 spares by Reuland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CBN2603SB3140AP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us.
